☀️ The "Lifeguard" of Sisterhood ☀️

We had the absolute best time at our AWAG Group Luau Game Night & Sisterhood Fellowship!

🌺🍍 There is nothing quite like laughing, playing games, and enjoying the "sunny weather" of life together with such incredible women.

I woke up this morning to today’s Bible verse, Proverbs 17:17: "A friend loves at all times, and a brother or sister is born for adversity."

The luau theme made me think of the beach, the ocean, and clear skies. But even on the most beautiful days, beaches have lifeguards.

That is exactly what our AWAG sisterhood is. Last night was beautiful, fun, and full of laughter. The “loves at all times" part of the verse. But the true blessing of this group is knowing that we are also each other’s lifeguards. When the unexpected storms of life hit and the waves get rough, we don’t have to swim alone.

Thank you to every sister who showed up last night to bring the sunshine, and thank you for being the kind of women who step up when adversity strikes.

A massive, heartfelt thank you to Dr. Phyllis French for opening up her beautiful home and hosting this incredible event! 🏡✨

And a special shoutout to Candace and Samulyn for organizing and co-hosting everything, you both were absolutely phenomenal, and we are so blessed to welcome you as our newest members! 🌸🙌
