A NEW CHAPTER. A PERSONAL REBIRTH. A STRONGER VISION. 🤎
As the founder of Boss Up Business Brunch , this next chapter is personal for me. This is more than rebuilding an organization; it’s about realigning with my purpose, strengthening my vision, and making sure the work we do truly makes a difference.
I have always been a giver. Serving others comes naturally to me, especially when it comes to children. I believe every child deserves hope, encouragement, opportunity, and someone who reminds them that their circumstances do not define their future. I want to help children believe in themselves, dream bigger, and understand that they are capable of achieving great things.
But to fulfill this vision, I know I cannot do it alone. I need a team that is just as committed to the mission as I am.
I am looking for individuals who:
✨ Take accountability for themselves and their responsibilities.
✨ Stay focused and committed, even when distractions arise.
✨ Are planners, visionaries, and idea-driven individuals who are ready to put those ideas into action.
✨ Understand that teamwork requires consistency, communication, and follow-through.
✨ Are willing to grow, serve, learn, and work together with purpose.
This next chapter will require weekly Zoom meetings, monthly in-person meetings, planning, organization, accountability, and intentional action. I want a team that doesn't just talk about what we want to accomplish but is willing to put in the work to make it happen.
I understand that everyone has responsibilities outside of the organization, and life happens. However, commitment means communicating, being accountable, and doing your part to keep the vision moving forward.
I am not looking for perfection. I am looking for genuine hearts, dependable people, fresh ideas, and individuals who understand that serving the community is bigger than any one person.
Boss Up Business Brunch is entering a new season, and I am committed to building with purpose, serving with love, and leading with intention.
