As we celebrate the strength of those who came before us, we also recognize that true freedom includes access to quality healthcare, mental health support, and the opportunity for every mother and family to thrive.

At Conscious Moms, we remain committed to breaking barriers, reducing stigma surrounding maternal mental health, and ensuring that every mom feels seen, supported, and empowered.

Today, we celebrate our history, honor our communities, and recommit ourselves to creating a future where every mother has the resources she deserves.

Well, Mama Support Groups is now Well, Mama Support Groups + Nutrition—a no-cost, monthly supportive space designed for moms in their first year of motherhood.

Join us every 3rd Wednesday for real conversations, connection, and now practical nutrition support to help you feel more nourished and supported in this season. Whether you’re navigating postpartum changes, feeding yourself while caring for baby, or just needing a space to be seen—you belong here.

Light snacks and childcare are provided, so you can come as you are and focus on you.
