Meet Omari Etando and 's Voices—an organization born from a simple, urgent observation: refugee and immigrant communities arriving in Northeast Ohio carry generations of agricultural knowledge with nowhere to put it.

These aren't people looking for a new hobby or a career change. For them, farming is their identity. It's memories. And it's a connection to a way of life that was interrupted by circumstances no one chose.

For months, conversations happened over the winter. Vulnerable Voices and Crown Point imagined what a partnership could look like. What came of the conversations is now taking shape in our North Field. Irrigation has been installed. Garden beds have been shaped, and seeds and plants have been planted.

We're excited to see how this partnership will grow and thrive this year, and share some of the stories from the farmers themselves.

The farm is in full swing, and we have the dirty hands to prove it. 👩‍🌾

Our incredible crew of farmers in our Regenerative Farmer Training Program and dedicated volunteers are out on the farm doing what they do best — growing the most beautiful, delicious vegetables and herbs, all organically and completely chemical-free!

🌾 Excited to announce a game-changing project! We're putting wool felt mats to the test across two full growing seasons to see if they're both good for farmers' wallets AND the planet.

From production to real-world farm trials, Great Lakes Natural Fibers is leading the charge with Crown Point, and additional farms Oxbow Orchard and to gather hard data and share what we learn directly with farmers.

We're excited to see how the results turn out!

What an incredible kick-off to Meadow Music! Last Friday, we had the absolute honor of hosting the legendary Alex Bevan in our meadow, and the energy was unforgettable.

And we're just getting started! We're bringing in another amazing artist, Jason Patrick Meyers THIS FRIDAY!

For 29 years, Jason has been a fixture of the Northeast Ohio music scene, earning the 2020 Cleveland Scene Magazine Award for Best Singer/Songwriter and nominations for Best Male Vocalist. With his soulful vocals and relaxed acoustic sound, he's performed at iconic venues from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to the House of Blues, and shared stages with legends like Leon Russell and Bret Michaels.
