"I'm MADAM PRESIDENT and I approved this message..."
MADAM PRESIDENT doesn't want your vote. All she wants is a new home and people to love. She is s stunning 14 pound 2 year old tuxedo cat. She is a friendly, easy going girl who loves people and attention. Madam President was recently returned to the rescue when her family was no longer able to care for her. She enjoys the companionship of other kitties and would love to find a home with another friendly cat. She was returned with Hype, a big beautiful orange and white boy who is also available for adoption. If you'd like to meet Madam President, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. Madam President is currently available for adoption at PetSmart Milford

Our cats are fully vetted and we require indoor-only homes. All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all vaccines. We will not send cats to home where they will be declawed as it is a harmful practice that can cause lifelong physical and behavioral problems. Our cats are all spayed/neutered, vaccinated, combo tested, dewormed, and microchipped.

KISMET is a little dog with a big personality. His personality is really starting to shine and we've discovered he's quite a pistol. He loves to play with his toys (Lambchop is his fave), loves to play with all of the other dogs in his foster home and loves to play fetch in the yard. Who would have expected all this from a 10 pound 5 year old chiweenie (chihuahua/dachshund)??? Kismet is also a lover boy. He enjoys cuddle time with his people, enjoys being carried around and going for rides in the car. He does an adorable little "pick me up!" dance to get your attention. Kismet would be so happy to find a furever home with another playful friendly dog. He's fine with cats, too. If you'd like to meet Kismet please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Kismet at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm at PetSmart Eastgate.

Our fully vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.

HYPE is a big beautiful orange and white boy with a gentle soul. He's simply delightful, he loves people and other kitties, toys and cat trees. Hype is about 2 years old and tips the scales at 14 pounds. He was recently returned to us when his people were no longer able to care for him. We cannot say enough good things about Hype, he's a volunteer favorite. Hype has always lived with another cat and is best suited to a home with another friendly feline. He previously lived with Madam President, a lovely female tuxedo cat, also available for adoption. Hype is currently available for adoption at PetSmart Milford. If you'd like to meet Hype, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org and we'll arrange a meet!

NACHO IS NOT A BIG DOG!! This sweet little guy looks like a big dog but he's a 24 pound mixed breed boy with stunning caramel-colored eyes. Nacho landed in a rural shelter thanks to someone who was apparently breeding Feist/Chihuahua mixes. Nacho is energetic, playful, sweet and friendly. He's around 18 months old, dog friendly and seems uninterested in cats. We suspect someone has worked with Nacho, he immediately sits for treats. He's intelligent guy who will be fun to train. He's best suited to a home where he will get plenty of exercise. He'd love to have a dog sibling to run and play with. If you'd like to meet Nacho, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Nacho at our weekly adoption event, Saturday11:30am-1:30pm at PetSmart Eastgate.

GABE is a thoroughly handsome mixed breed boy looking for a home. He's around 18-24 months old and fully grown at just 30 pounds. Breed mix? Good question!! He looks like he's part lab, maybe some beagle and who knows what else. He's your basic Heinz 57 Varieties-type mixed breed dog. What we can tell you is he's an absolute sweetheart. He loves attention from people, especially people with treats. He loves other dogs and loves to play. He has a soft medium-length coat and his tail is kind of fluffy. If you'd like to meet Gabe, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Gabe at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm at PetSmart Eastgate.

Does gorgeous young HAZEL know she's a cat? Unclear. She's a petite green-eyed beauty with a tabby and white coat, currently about 10 months old and fully grown. Hazel is a playful girl who loves people. She loves playtime with people, cuddles with people, sleeping with people. You get the picture. Other cats? Not so much. She cannot relate to those other felines, she just wants humans. Hazel came to us after giving birth to a litter of kittens while she was still a kitten herself. She's so over motherhood and other cats, now she just wants her toys, her soft bed, a cat tree and people to love. If you're looking for a one and only cat, Hazel would love to be your girl. If you'd like to meet Hazel, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a meet with an approved adopter! You can also meet Hazel at our weekly adoption event every Saturday 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at PetSmart Eastgate.

MABEL is a darling little 5 month kitten ready for a home of her very own. Mabel is equal parts sweet and playful. She loves hanging out with her kitten pals and cuddling with her people. If you don't have a kitty to serve as a playmate for Mabel, we are happy to match her up with another kitten or cat and you can adopt a perfect pair. If you'd like to meet Mabel, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter.
