A wintery and snowy Good Morning to all our Marching Rocket Fans!!! Hope everyone is snuggled in and safe watching the snow fall! Does this weather make you think about spring or wish it was already here???? Well, I'm thinking about spring......and ya know what comes with spring......yep you guessed it, our CRAFT FAIR! Nothing has made me more excited than to see how quick our vendor spots are filling up!!! Make sure you mark the date, MARCH 21, 2026, 9-3! Lock those plans in for a day of shopping fun!!! What a list, and its only going to get bigger! As not only a Crafter myself, but a Craft Fair Coordinator too, I have not worked with better vendors than our OG and return vendors!!! Many of these vendors on this list alone, have been with us from our very first craft fair and have come back with us every year!!! What a blessing we have had with our vendors!!! And what's even better is our vendor family keeps growing. It's so exciting to be a part of a vendor doing a fair for the first time or finding a vendor that has a craft we don't currently have and bringing them into our mix. So, a huge thank you goes to our OG Vendors we love you guys and appreciate you so much, and to all our new vendors, WELCOME to our vendor family! We wish you all fantastic sales!! And most importantly, to ALL our pending shoppers......PLEASE COME SUPPORT NOT ONLY OUR MARCHING ROCKETS, BUT ALL OF OUR FABULOUS VENDORS!!!!! Without our shoppers, there would be no craft fair!! While Marching season has ended, the Marching Rockets are by no means hanging up their hats!!! Spring is coming and with that comes lots of exciting things for our Marching Rockets to get ready for!!!! 2026 is DISNEY year! That means at the end of April, The Marching Rockets will be headed to Walt Disney World to march at Magic Kingdom, and this year we have the pleasure of being accompanied by our Select Choir which will perform at Disney Springs! The kiddos will also be preparing for their spring concert, as well as (pending acceptance) marching in the Reds opening Day Parade! And lets not forget one last performance with all our Seniors this year, the class of 2026 Graduation! So they have lots to prepare for and there is one more thing that is important to our Marching Rockets.........fundraising! This helps cover many of the costs for all the exciting things that The Marching Rockets do! That brings me to the point of....... ITS TIME FOR THE 2026 CNE BAND BOOSTERS ANNUAL CRAFT FAIR!!!!! We have sent out over 150 emails inviting crafters/vendors from our area to be a part of this year's Craft Fair. MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW!!!!! Know someone or even yourself that does crafts, send us an email and pics to: [email protected]. Not a crafter/vendor, that's ok because we need lots of shoppers to support our vendors which in turn, supports our Marching Rockets!!!!!!! shopping, a raffle that features local venues events, and our very own crafters/vendor donations, its a day you DONT WANT TO MISS!!!!

Warm up and stretches, some silliness to pass the wait til start time.....and parade 2 is in the books!!! These kids handled the holiday road with style and brought the season in with Rocket flair!!! That wraps up the Marching season for our Rockets til in the spring. Thank you to all those who came to cheer them on!!! Don't miss the bands winter concert December 17th at the High school where they wrap up their holiday season with some good old Christmas classics!!!

Parade 1.....done! Great parade. Thanks to everyone that came out and cheered the Marching Rockets!!❤️ Back to school for a small break and a bite to eat, then its load back up in the bus and on to Goshen!

So if your new to following our Marching rockets, i generally try to do lives from the front side of the halftime show. Tonight however, our Marching Rockets performed at halftime for the home fans of lockland so you get to see our Marching rockets from the backside of their performance! And of course I try to catch some candids of the kiddos throuought the night! Hope you enjoy the pics as much as I do catching them!

Sending a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that came out and test drove a car for the Marching Rockets!!!! Lots of fun to drive some new cars and help raise money towards new uniforms for the Marching Band!!!

Ok, folks this Saturday is the Drive for your school fundraiser for our Performing Arts Program!!!! This includes our Marching Rockets, Choirs, and the Drama Dept. Please, Please, Please, come and test drive one of the ford cars that will be on site. Its NO cost to you but a small bit of your time! The Performing Arts Receives $30.00 for every test drive thats done that day!!!! Its Saturday, September, 6th from 10am-2pm. Our Performing Arts program relies 100% on our fundraisers to keep these programs going for the kiddos! PLEASE DONATE A BIT OF YOUR TIME AND DRIVING ABILITIES FOR THIS AWESOME PROGRAM!!!!

So for the first Friday night football game our Rockets were benched......not really, the Mariemont Warriors had a hall of fame presentation to do for their school and then the home band performed, so there just wasn't time for the rockets to hit the field. But don't worry because that didn't stop our rockets from being fired up and playing from the stands! Hopefully they will get some field time next week and a live post to show it!
