On July 18th Fran & Bobbi Norton at Norton's Chizzelwood hosted their 3rd Annual Coneflower Festival. The outdoor craft and vendor show benefited the Letchworth Autism Trail, Gateway Home, Crossroads House & ALZ. This Not-For- Profit event included food, music, kids activities and basket raffles.

Fran's & Bobbi's continued support to our Crossroads House mission helps our residents live their best lives until their last breaths. Crossroads House serves as a comfort care home for residents of Genesee, Wyoming, and surrounding counties in Western New York. It is our privilege to provide compassionate care to individuals in the final months of life. As an alternative to hospitalization or nursing home placement when care at home is no longer feasible, Crossroads House offers a peaceful, supportive environment.

Our dedicated staff and volunteers provide around-the-clock care, addressing the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of each resident. We are committed to preserving dignity and enhancing quality of life at every stage. By assuming the role of caregiver, we allow families to focus on what matters most—spending meaningful time together, creating lasting memories, and sharing in moments of love and connection.

Crossroads House is a two-bed, nonprofit comfort care home located in Batavia, New York. Operating entirely through the generosity of donations, we ensure that no family ever faces financial burden for the care their loved one receives.
