Happy National Feral Cat Day! 🐈❤️

What better way to celebrate than with a busy TNR surgery day! We have 60 community cats on the schedule today!

A big thank you to our incredible clinic team, Bastrop Cats Anonymous TNR Society - Bastrop CATS, and all the dedicated trappers and volunteers who make days like this possible.

Together, we’re making a difference for community cats, one spay and neuter at a time!

Thanks to the Dave & Cheryl Duffield Foundation, we can continue to say YES!

Sugar and her mom stopped by our clinic for puppy vaccines today. We know how much pets mean to their families, and how hard it can be when money is tight. Everyone deserves kindness and a helping hand.

Thanks to a $10,000 grant from the Duffield Foundation’s Big Bet for Pets Boost program, Save An Angel’s nonprofit clinic has vital support and additional funding for our Spay-it-Forward Fund.

That means we can keep saying, “Yes, we can help,” to pet parents who need support getting care for the pets they love! ❤️

Our nonprofit spay/neuter clinic uses bath towels every day to provide warmth and comfort to every patient we see, and our current supply is running low. After being washed hundreds of times, they eventually wear out and need replacing.

If you have new or gently used bath towels to spare, we'd love to give them a second life!

📍 Drop-offs are welcome on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

🏠 Our clinic is located at 589 Cool Water Drive on the same campus as the animal shelter. We’re in the blue and white metal building. Leave them on our front porch or bring them inside our lobby.

Thank you for helping us keep pets comfortable and cared for.

We’re excited to share that Save An Angel has been awarded a $3,500 grant from Petco Love through their Access to Care grant program. 🐾

This funding will help support veterinary care for pets and families in our community by expanding access to low-cost and free wellness and spay/neuter services through our nonprofit clinic.

We’re incredibly grateful to Petco Love and local Petco store partners for investing in organizations like ours and helping make care more accessible for the pets who need it most.

Every vaccine, spay/neuter surgery, wellness visit, and preventative service helps keep pets healthy, in their homes, and out of overcrowded shelters.

Thank you for supporting our mission and the work we do every day for pets and the people who love them.
