🇺🇸 Voices of the Revolution was a success!
We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for an afternoon filled with music, history, and community. From BrassWorks and our local historical characters to our special presentation on the Declaration of Independence, it was a wonderful way to celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary! We also loved having a special visit from Sparkee, beloved mascot of the Somerset Patriots, and of course, plenty of ice cream to keep everyone cool! 🍦

A special thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the day so memorable, and to our amazing team of volunteers who made it all possible! We’re also grateful to our event sponsors, The Grain House Restaurant, The Stirling Fountain, and John’s Painting, for their generous support 💛💛

This spring, several turtles chose the Farmstead grounds to lay their eggs, and we’re happy to report they hatched this past Saturday!

Farmstead instructor and Advisory Board member Margaret Fanning helped es**rt at least 10 tiny turtles toward the Passaic River and captured these adorable photos along the way 🐢💚
