Thank you so much to Dr. Cummings from Northern Lakes Equine Practice for her lecture on Caring for the Senior Horse. Very thorough information was presented and there were also a lot of great questions from the audience. I left feeling more confident about what to look for as my horse reaches senior age.

Thank you also to the Barrington Hills Park District for use of the meeting room at the Riding Center for this event!

This morning was the Equestrian Fitness Class taught by Katie Potter of Fit Frog Athletics featuring a full-body workout. What beautiful weather to be outside! A mama and baby deer joined us, and the Merlin app captured these birds singing along to our workout.

Thank you so much to the Barrington Hills Park District for use of their lovely facility!
