Barrington 220 Educational Foundation To encourage curiosity, inspire students' passion for learning and career exploration, and provide enriching opportunities through private funding.

The District 220 Educational Foundation is a non-profit group that supports Barrington Community School District 220 programs and projects aimed at enhancing, enriching and supplementing learning opportunities for students, staff and community. Past examples include: BHS TV, computer labs, and student leadership programs. In partnership with Barrington Community Unit School District 220, the Foun

dation, supported by charitable donations provides new learning opportunities for students, advances technological capabilities in the classroom, encourages teacher and staff creativity and excellence and cultivates a partnership between the school and community. The Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization.

Barrington High School Alumni Association (BHSAA) Alumni Night is back on Friday, July 3! Join fellow Fillies and Broncos for an evening of food, music, and reconnecting with classmates and friends.

We are thrilled to recognize our Golf FORE 220 Hall of Fame Sponsor Rick & Deanna Stern. Deanna is in her sixth year as a trustee with the Foundation. We are grateful for her leadership and dedication to resource development (fundraising) for all six years. She led the Foundation's 25th Anniversary Gala celebration resulting in the redesign and renovation of three of the fine arts studios at BHS. Her efforts supported several other major projects during her tenure including the Creativity Project, the Culinary Internship Program, and the Greenhouse renovation. Rick is an entrepreneur. They have four children, three of which have graduated from Barrington High School and one is currently still in high school. Thank you Rick & Deanna for your longstanding support. A 220Tribute is more than a thank you—it’s a meaningful donation in their honor that supports our Helping Hand and Impact Grant programs. This year, thanks to your generosity, we awarded over $70,000 to district staff, benefiting every school in Barrington 220!
