Back to School Giving Day
Saturday, August 3, 2013
St. Matthews Lutheran Church, Dundee Avenue

Alumni:
We are calling on you to help local families in need, get their children ready to go back to school.
Volunteers are needed to help out on this day to refold, and restock. Alumni that speak Spanish is especially needed.
Orientation will be @8:30am. Doors will open @ 10:00am.

We are looking for volunteers to work at the annual Brat Tent during the July 4th holiday festivities. Below are the shifts available:

Wednesday, July 3
5PM - 8PM
8PM - 11PM

Thursday, July 4
10AM - Noon
Noon - 3PM

Friday, July 5
10AM - 2PM
2PM - 6PM
6PM - 11PM

Saturday, July 6

10AM - 2PM
2PM - 6PM
6PM - 11PM

The Lions Club will be the contact point for all volunteers, and they will provide a sign in and out sheet. At the sign in, volunteers will be given an Alumni T-shirt to wear during the shift. To keep this tradition going, please consider helping out our community.
