Game night level: UNLOCKED! 🎲🃏

The Arc Baltimore’s Engagement Committee hosted an epic game night packed with friendly competition and non-stop laughs!

Everyone brought their A-game for classics like Uno, Monopoly, Checkers, War, Memory, and some hilarious rounds of "Would You Rather?". Huge thanks to our Engagement Committee for bringing us together for the ultimate matchup!

Over half of kids with autism tend to wander, placing them at 160x higher risk for tragic accidents like drowning.

To help protect our community, HHS, DOJ, and FEMA are joining forces to launch a first-ever National Autism Missing & Endangered Person Alert Initiative—building an emergency alert system similar to AMBER Alerts tailored specifically for individuals with autism.

As part of their board orientation, the other half of our newest board members—David Mervis, Dareth Wallace, Stacey Smith, and Shannon Byrne—got an up-close look at the work we do every day to create opportunity, connection, and belonging.

They started their day by visiting the home of three women we support and wrapped up with our incredible Project SEARCH team and interns, who were proud to welcome them to MedStar Union Memorial Hospital!

They toured the program, met our interns, and saw firsthand how Project SEARCH helps people with developmental disabilities build skills, confidence, and career pathways through immersive, real-world workplace experiences.

It was a great day of learning, connection, and seeing our mission in action! 💙
