Aqua Kids TV

Aqua Kids TV Aqua Kids is an award-winning K thru 12 program that educates young people about ecology, wildlife, science and how it all relates to them.

Segments of our episodes are available to schools nationwide through SafariMontage.com. Aqua Kids was created by George A. Stover III, a professional TV producer, videographer and scuba diver. While filming underwater documentaries all over the world, he noticed the oceans beginning to decline, and decided to use his profession and influence to educate people about this alarming trend. He realized

that to make lasting change, he had to reach the kids and teens of the world. So he and his wife Carol gathered the first group of "Aqua Kids" and shot a pilot for the new TV show in 2000. It took 5 years for networks to warm up to the idea of kids swimming with sharks and crawling through swamps - but in 2005, full seasons of Aqua Kids began airing, and the show grew every year. Prestigious scientific agencies, organizations and universities all over the country partnered with us to help create content for the program. It has been our mission to bring this message of conservation and awareness to kids, teens and adults everywhere, and educate others to create a healthier and more sustainable planet for all. Aqua Kids TV is available in educational segments through Safari Montage, the country’s leading K-12 Learning Object Repository. All segments come with closed captioning. Check out the story of this amazing recycling company that is changing the methods and success rate of recycling all over the world. And they have investment opportunities if you want to direct your investment funds into companies with a conscience!

Six years ago, in June 2020, the TerraCycle Foundation deployed its first river traps and started capturing and collecting waterway waste, preventing it from ever reaching the ocean. Since then, they’ve removed 3,626,104 lbs of waste from our rivers and waterways. That’s the equivalent of removing 1,655 lbs of waste PER DAY. But their mission is far from over.

With your support, they can continue making a difference for people, communities, and the environment. As a nonprofit organization, your support directly funds their efforts. 100% of proceeds are reinvested in their waterway cleanup programs around the world.

Donate today so the Foundation can continue its efforts for another six years, and beyond: https://www.terracyclefoundation.org/pages/donate

Orcas aren't often credited with showing compassion, but this beautiful image of a pod gently lifting a newborn calf to the surface is memorable.

In open waters, a rare orca birth revealed the remarkable cooperation within these pods. As the calf surfaced for the first time, adult orcas formed a living barrier, cradling and guiding her safely to the surface. Every movement was instinctive and precise, protecting the vulnerable newborn from potential predators while ensuring she could breathe.

Orca pods are lifelong family units that share food, teach one another, and communicate through unique vocalizations. During births, their devotion becomes especially apparent, with adults rotating positions to shield the calf and maintain constant vigilance. This coordinated care highlights the sophisticated social intelligence and communal instincts of these marine mammals.

Observing such behavior provides insight into the deep bonds that exist in animal families and the importance of presence and protection. Orcas demonstrate that safeguarding the young can be a quiet, continuous act, rooted in connection and collaboration, reminding us of the universal value of care in the natural world.
