It’s been a great two days in Puerto Rico! 🌴 SITE Classic 2026 brought incredible research on building the world’s most welcoming events, real conversations across generations, and so many genuine connections along the way — from poolside receptions to dinners with friends in the industry.

Truly appreciate SITE and the SITE Foundation for putting together this incredible annual event. A special thank you to everyone who made it happen — gifting partners, destination partners, hotel partners, and every team member who poured their heart into this event’s success.

What a way to wrap up our SITE Florida & Caribbean board retreat. 🌅

Sunset tiki cruises, saltwater air, and a group of people who show up for this industry over and over again,
that’s what this weekend was about.

Grateful doesn’t quite cover it. Sunseeker Resort hosted our board retreat and gave us the most stunning home base to reconnect, strategize, and just be together. And Punta Gorda CVB rolled out the red carpet arranging this cruise and making sure every detail felt easy and welcoming.

Here’s the thing about retreats like this: the agenda matters, but it’s the in-between moments, laughing on a boat, swapping stories, remembering why we all got into hospitality in the first place - that actually rebuild the energy to keep showing up for our community all year.

This industry runs on relationships. This weekend was a reminder of exactly why.

Thank you to everyone who made the trip, and to our incredible hosts for treating us like family. 💙
