Due to being at full capacity and having multiple medical cases currently in our care, Ozarks Pet Rescue is temporarily unable to accept any new cat intakes at this time.

Our priority is ensuring the cats and kittens already in our care receive the medical treatment, housing, and attention they deserve.

How You Can Help:

This week thanks to all of you I'm caught up on the majority of supplies for the building! However fresh veggies are a ENDLESS need!

Meet Arua Cora 🥰 I've had her for a while but was hesitant to post until I knew she was not only going to be okay but also releasable! We have a long slow recovery ahead of us but this sweet little girl is determined & so am I 💪 She was hit by a car and has a fracture in her jaw. With vet visits, lots of medication and around the clock care she will be okay 🙏

Please Read my response to DD PET Adoption Thank you.

There are not enough homes for them all nor enough funds to keep up by continuing to add more needing help. Not all cats who appear "pregnant" are actually large with kittens, all too often these cats have pyometra! Pyometra is an infection in the uterus which is found during a spay! Please consider any spay a win for an outdoor cat, whether preventing kittens born to repeat the cycle of suffering or catching a hidden de@th sentence of pyometra!!!
