Please remember that when you order shirts, we make them when you order. Our mission is to employ the developmentally disabled of Ava and Douglas county and they aid in making all of those shirts. When you order and do not pick them up, we’re out the money of the shirts, the design, and the labor.

We do not want to charge people when they order as so many do not use online means in this area.

We currently have a pile of shirts that are ready! Please make arrangements to pick up your order!

Last night, we had the privilege of celebrating a very special retirement.

After more than 20 years of dedicated service on DOCO’s board of directors, we honored our board president as she begins a well- deserved retirement. Cindy Heath’s leadership, commitment, and unwavering support of our mission has helped shape DOCO into the amazing organization it is today.

We are honored to be featured by Ava Local Legends!

For nearly 50 years, DOCO has been committed to providing dignified and meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities right here in Douglas County. Every pallet built, shirt printed, package assembled, and community project completed represents the talent, dedication, and value of the people we serve.

This feature shares a little of our story, our mission, and the amazing employees who make DOCO what it is today.

We're celebrating 250 years of America with TWO new designs! You can choose your favorite design:
Flag Design - an American flag woven into the 250
Swirl Design - a vintage-inspired 250

Both designs can be printed on Graphite Heather or Heather Navy to complement each other!

As always, we are inclusive with sizing and pricing - Small through 4XL and all sizes are only $20! Comment with your chosen design, color of tee, and size!

Words simply do not fully describe the pride we have in announcing Taylor Short as May employee of the month!

She’s consistent in her mentorship and kind always. Her patience is something I wish I could bottle. We are really really proud of her and are thrilled for her to be (again!) employee of the month!
