Our new Lead with Kindness designs are here to help you celebrate 4th of July!

We're celebrating 250 years of America with TWO new designs! You can choose your favorite design:
Flag Design - an American flag woven into the 250
Swirl Design - a vintage-inspired 250

Both designs can be printed on Graphite Heather or Heather Navy to complement each other!

As always, we are inclusive with sizing and pricing - Small through 4XL and all sizes are only $20! Comment with your chosen design, color of tee, and size!

At a time when it's so easy to focus on what divides us, let's choose to celebrate what brings us together. After 250 years, kindness is still worth leading with.

Words simply do not fully describe the pride we have in announcing Taylor Short as May employee of the month!

She’s consistent in her mentorship and kind always. Her patience is something I wish I could bottle. We are really really proud of her and are thrilled for her to be (again!) employee of the month!

It’s back!! DOCONES opens Monday, June 1st!

Our snack shack is back and ready for business! Everything is only $1.00! Sno-cones, ice cream treats, frozen coffee, even lunch!

Friendliest service in town! Well, one of the friendliest service teams in town 😉❤️

We’re open Monday through Thursday 10a-4p!!

April employee of the month is Tim Crosser!! ❤️🏅🏆🥇

Tim works in our pallet department but crosses over into the plant quite often. He makes us laugh every day and then turns around with his head down moving forward to do his job. We’re so very proud of his growth and progress with us!

Saturday we attended Ava’s Chamber of Commerce banquet. We hosted a table with free Lead with Kindness/Ava Bears wares and donated a homemade centerpiece. We won Best Decorated Table!!

We love being a part of this wonderful community!

Summer is quickly coming and here at DOCO that means one thing - BASEBALL!!

We're bringing a little fun (and a whole lot of kindness) your way with our newest Lead with Kindness design - Bananas!

Because sometimes? The best thing you can do is mind your nanners and lead with kindness!

These will be printed on two color options - graphite heather and heather sand. Inclusively priced as well - $20 for all sizes small through 4XL. There's also two design options - thumbs up or sassy!

Every shirt purchased helps DOCO provide dignified and meaningful employment - which means you're not just wearing kindness - you're also making that happen.
