courtesy post for Mars in Northern Utah

Hey there! I am the foster mom of a 7 year old heeler in northern Utah and was seeing if you wouldn’t mind a courtesy post on your page for this boy! I’m searching for more nearby rescues for his breed that can helps spread the word about this wonderful boy! Please let me know if you know of any other rescues able to repost/get the word out on him! As his foster, I’m willing to travel for adoption and make things happen! He truly is a gem! Thank you so much!

Meet Zephyr - This little guys loves other dogs. They make him feel safe and confident but he’s a little less sure when it comes to people. He’s quite fearful of the humans in the house but he should warm up over time. He just needs to know he’s loved and safe. He’s going to need a family committed to giving him the time and space to grow. His personality is slowly coming out. He’s curious and loves to wrestle and with time is gonna be the best little buddy.

When Sunny was euthanized in my backyard two days earlier, I knew that adjusting to life without her would be hard. What happened instead was more like a tsunami of grief that swept me out to sea.

Where are they now - Annie - formerly known as Pepper

This is Annie. She’s our Little Girl Dog. We got her through the rescue going on three years ago. She joined our pack including our other dog, Winston, and our cat, Magnum.

She and the cat were basically litter mates so now she sleeps on the back of our couch. She has been a wonderful addition to our household keeping our property clear of those pesky rabbits. Always on patrol but an extremely sweet girl.

Wrangler, a 2 month old boy, is a very sociable pup. He loves hanging out with people, his pup siblings and other dogs, but is also content to entertain himself. He is confident and a problem solver.

Meet Max! The Tiny Velociraptor in a Heeler Suit! Max is your classic Heeler puppy: a little shy when you first meet him, but once he comes out of his shell, get ready for nonstop playtime, puppy shenanigans, and some seriously sharp little teeth!

This boy is full of energy, personality, and all the adorable chaos you’d expect from a cattle dog puppy. His favorite hobbies include playing, exploring, and channeling his inner velociraptor with those tiny land-shark teeth!

Max is still learning the ropes of being a good canine citizen, so he’ll need patience, guidance, and plenty of appropriate chew toys. If you love the intelligence, sass, and hilarious antics of a Heeler, Max might just be your perfect little dinosaur!
