Yesterday, we welcomed community leaders, advocates, and supporters to our Women of the Y Spring Luncheon: Let Her Play. Watch Her Rise.
We were honored to hear from Tonya Haave, who shared her experiences as both an athlete and coach, and Sandria Bolden, who reflected on her time at the YMCA as a young girl and how being an athlete has shaped who she is today. Their stories highlighted the lasting impact that sports, mentorship, and supportive communities can have on girls throughout their lives.
Thank you to our Champion Sponsor, Niagara Bottling, for helping make this event possible and for supporting opportunities that empower girls to grow in confidence, leadership, and resilience.
