The new Aurora YMCA at Wheatlands is open to all. Welcome to the new Aurora YMCA at Wheatlands! The Wheatlands YMCA is open to all.

The new facility includes an aquatics center, HIIT studio, cycling studio, group exercise, state of the art fitness equipment and more. At the YMCA, we help change lives by improving health, building character, creating connections and uplifting communities. We are excited to be part of the Aurora community. Our newest wellness center, the Aurora Y has the latest state of the art equipment from Matrix and EGYM, a pool, pilates reformer studio, functional fitness space and cycling studio.

It's been a spook-tacular week! 🎃 From trunk-or-treating and costumes galore to spooky yoga and plenty of sweet treats, we've had no shortage of Halloween fun across our YMCA locations.

Our littlest trick-or-treaters, costume-loving staff and everyone in between made this week one to remember. Happy Halloween from your friends at the Y!

✨ Floating Sound Bath at the Aurora Y! 💙🌊

There’s something special about floating on the water while being surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of a sound bath. Our participants had the chance to relax, let go of stress, and enjoy a peaceful experience unlike any other.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event so special! We loved sharing this unique way to unwind, recharge, and connect with wellness at the Aurora Y. 🧘‍♀️💦

Fall is in full swing, and so is our passion for youth sports at the Denver YMCA! We're building confidence in our kids, teaching teamwork and building a love of sports.

Check out the action this sports-filled weekend:
🏀 Fall II Youth Sports start: Kids are moving, learning and growing together on our first day of the Fall II sports season.
🥏 YMCA Day with the Denver Summit: Celebrating with with an on-field pre-game experience and in the stands for the team's final game of the season.
🏔️ YMCA Night at the Denver Nuggets: Our team repped the Y & chatted up families about our programs and also enjoyed the match up with the Pelicans.
📋 Coaches Clinic: Rounding out the weekend, we grateful to our partner for inviting us to be part of their Sunday Coach's Clinic.

The energy is electronic -- and we're just getting started!
