Ready to build confidence in the water this summer? Join Muslimahs Endure's Women & Children Only Learn to Swim Program for an 8-week session designed for beginners and developing swimmers in a supportive, private environment.

Program Dates: June 21 – August 16, 2026
Time: Sundays | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Mountain Park Aquatic Center

This year, the challenge is different.

We are no longer focused on “top movers.” The goal is consistency, building the habit of movement one day at a time. Every walk, stretch, workout, run, bike ride, or intentional movement session counts.

At the end of April, participants had the opportunity to reach 120 days of movement since the start of the challenge, and many are steadily moving toward our first milestone:

Consistency Builder: 100 Days of Movement

Participants who reach 100 days will earn the official Move for ME Consistency Builder gift and, more importantly, prove that small consistent actions truly build the foundation for success.

We also continue to recognize our Monthly Movement Leaders:
- 21+ days of movement in a month
- 19+ days of movement in February

Each star on the board represents another month of consistency.

Alhamdulillah to everyone showing up for themselves and continuing to move with intention. Whether you are at 10 days or 100+, your effort matters.

It’s not too late! Previous movement days can still count through manual uploads or synced devices.
