This year, the challenge is different.

We are no longer focused on “top movers.” The goal is consistency, building the habit of movement one day at a time. Every walk, stretch, workout, run, bike ride, or intentional movement session counts.

At the end of April, participants had the opportunity to reach 120 days of movement since the start of the challenge, and many are steadily moving toward our first milestone:

Consistency Builder: 100 Days of Movement

Participants who reach 100 days will earn the official Move for ME Consistency Builder gift and, more importantly, prove that small consistent actions truly build the foundation for success.

We also continue to recognize our Monthly Movement Leaders:
- 21+ days of movement in a month
- 19+ days of movement in February

Each star on the board represents another month of consistency.

Alhamdulillah to everyone showing up for themselves and continuing to move with intention. Whether you are at 10 days or 100+, your effort matters.

Alhamdulillah, at the end of April, we are now four months into the Move for ME Challenge and the consistency being built within this community has been beautiful to witness.

This year, the challenge is different.

Learn to Swim Registration Opens March 13

Our Women Only Learn to Swim program is returning for the next cycle, and registration will open on March 13, 2026.

This program creates a safe and welcoming environment for women and their children to learn water safety, build confidence in the water, and connect with a community of sisters.

Cycle Dates:
April 12 – June 28, 2026
(No class May 31)

Classes are held on Sundays with beginner, intermediate, advanced, and lap swim options available.

Spots are limited each cycle.

Since 2019, Muslimahs Endure has gathered at Arabia Mountain to mark the end of Ramadan by attempting to sight the Shawwal moon together. This special evening combines movement, reflection, and community as we hike up the mountain, break our fast, and revive the beautiful Sunnah of moon sighting.

Date: March 19, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Arabia Mountain Nature Center
3787 Klondike Rd, Lithonia, GA

Iftar will be provided (this year’s menu is plant-based, prepared by Chef Bee). Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Bring:
• Prayer or yoga mat
• Flashlight/headlamp (it will be dark when we hike down)
• Reusable water bottle

Support the Community Iftar
Hosting this gathering on the mountain costs about $2,500 to provide meals and supplies. If you’re able, please consider donating through registration or our Ramadan on the Move Campaign.
