Alhamdulillah, at the end of April, we are now four months into the Move for ME Challenge and the consistency being built within this community has been beautiful to witness.
This year, the challenge is different.
We are no longer focused on “top movers.” The goal is consistency, building the habit of movement one day at a time. Every walk, stretch, workout, run, bike ride, or intentional movement session counts.
At the end of April, participants had the opportunity to reach 120 days of movement since the start of the challenge, and many are steadily moving toward our first milestone:
Consistency Builder: 100 Days of Movement
Participants who reach 100 days will earn the official Move for ME Consistency Builder gift and, more importantly, prove that small consistent actions truly build the foundation for success.
We also continue to recognize our Monthly Movement Leaders:
- 21+ days of movement in a month
- 19+ days of movement in February
Each star on the board represents another month of consistency.
Alhamdulillah to everyone showing up for themselves and continuing to move with intention. Whether you are at 10 days or 100+, your effort matters.
