So military folks who serve the US won't be paid, but Israel will. The U.S. is even trying to hide it anymore it seems.
Despite the ongoing U.S. government shutdown, key portions of funding to Israel are expected to continue, according to officials. Certain military and security-related aid, including defense system support and intelligence cooperation with Israel, has historically been treated as exempt from funding freezes, allowing it to proceed even when other federal programs are suspended.

The shutdown, triggered after lawmakers failed to pass a new funding bill, has disrupted many government agencies, furloughed thousands of employees, and paused nonessential programs.

While most discretionary spending is affected, aid to Israel is generally considered essential under existing budget rules, meaning ongoing military assistance and related obligations continue. However, new commitments to Israel could still face delays depending on how the shutdown unfolds.

The US has six bases in Qatar. It is without doubt that the US monitors the airspace over Qatar and the entire region. They can't have aircraft approaching Qatar without their notice nor approval. Unidentified aircraft approaching American bases, anywhere they are located are seen, and addressed, long before attack range. It is a flat out lie to pretend they didn't know.
US bases in Qatar are partly there to serve as a deterrent from attacks on the nation. So much for that.

Trump just had the military blow up a vessel in 'international waters', killing 11 people, supposedly. His claim they were carrying drugs. Proof-- none! Just the governments word. Surely this is against international maritime law. If they were carrying drugs, then it would have been sensible and maybe lawful to intercept them, arrest them and present the evidence. But no. They want to take Venezuela's oil reserves. The largest in the world, I believe. Narco terrorism is just the new old BS narrative they're using to try and start a war with Venezuela. If the US can act so lawlessly on the open seas, it sets a dangerous precedent. Trump is already violating law and rule after rule. People going along with a lot of it, because his actions hurt 'them', not us. But everyone is hurting. There is no sound leadership, and there hasn't been any for a long time. Including yall beloved Presidents of the past. They all do as they are told by the small-hats and other unseen powers.
