They really tried to tell us there’s one way to do this.
one way to run a salon.
one way to grow.
one way to succeed.

but after coaching 300+ salon owners, i can say with full confidence… that’s a lie.

every salon owner is different.
every business is different.
every goal, schedule, client base, lifestyle different.

but this industry loves trying to put us in a box.
“charge this much”
“post this often”
“you have to run your business like this”

nah. that’s not how growth works.
and that’s definitely not how profit works.

when we built LiQUiD, i wasn’t trying to create another system that told you what everybody should do.
i wanted to build something that listens.
something that actually adjusts to YOUR numbers, YOUR goals, YOUR life.

and when we sat down with our customer advisory board..real stylists, real stories…we listened.
