Our RISING VOICES Young Artist Application is now live and accepting submissions!

For our 2026-27 season, we are holding online auditions for current college students (or recent graduates) from the Pacific Northwest, to feature in our Rising Voices Young Artist Program.

The culminating concert will take place in Bend, OR on Sunday, February 28th, 2027, in Wille Hall at the Central Oregon Community College, with musical, acting, and career coachings February 25th-27th in the same location. OperaBend will provide a small stipend and housing to each participant.

Thanks to everyone who participated in this year’s Vocal Arts Festival. Special thanks to Astoria High School and Grace Episcopal Church for hosting events and rehearsal space. Thanks also to everyone who attended festival events. You made this year’s festival a resounding success! We’ll be using the feedback surveys to help guide our planning for next summer’s festival.
