Listen to our very own, Dr. Ryan McCall, Board Member, RCCA! 🎙️

American Association of Community Colleges A new season of Community College Voice is here!

In our Season 11 premiere, Marion Technical College, President Dr. Ryan McCall and Executive Vice President Amy Adams share how their college has drastically increased enrollment since 2022 while helping more students stay on track and complete their goals.

The key? Recognizing that student success extends far beyond the classroom. From holistic advising and redesigned courses to support for food insecurity, housing, transportation and child care, Marion Tech is removing barriers and building resilience—for its students and the institution itself.
