🇺🇸 HONORING OUR VETERANS & ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY MEMBERS 🇺🇸

Aston Township is proud to invite our United States Military Veterans and Active Duty Service Members to a FREE Veterans Appreciation Dinner in recognition of their service and sacrifice.

The dinner will immediately follow the Rotary Flags for Heroes Ceremony.

📍 James W. McGinn Community Center

🕓 4:00 PM – Flag Ceremony, with dinner immediately following.

🇺🇸 Each Veteran or Active Duty Service Member is welcome to bring one support person.

🎃🏠 ASTON’S HALLOWEEN HOUSE DECORATING CONTEST IS BACK! 👻🕷️

Aston Township Parks & Recreation is on the hunt for the spookiest, creepiest and most creative Halloween houses in Aston!

Over the next month, our judges will be traveling throughout the township looking for homes that have gone all-out for Halloween. Whether it’s creepy, creative, funny or completely over-the-top — we want to see it! 🎃💀🦇

🥉 3rd Place

👀 KNOW A HOUSE WE NEED TO CHECK OUT?

Drop the street name in the comments below! It can be your house, your neighbor’s house, or one you’ve spotted while driving around town. We’ll make sure our judges take a ride by!

🎃 Final judging will take place October 16–23, with our winners announced that week.

So break out the pumpkins, skeletons, ghosts, lights and cobwebs and show us what you’ve got, Aston!

Join us for a special screening of “9000 Miles to Delco,” a powerful documentary sharing the stories of Delaware County veterans who served in the Vietnam War.

Delaware County made them. Vietnam changed them.

This meaningful documentary honors the experiences, sacrifices, and lasting impact of the Vietnam War on our local veterans.

In the event of inclement weather, the screening will be moved indoors.
