The New Entrepreneur Opportunity Fund (NEO Fund) is an Ashtabula-based non-profit empowering local entrepreneurs through education and support. Founded in 2011, NEO Fund initially provided training and startup loans.

​Since 2020, we’ve focused solely on entrepreneurial education, offering training for aspiring business owners and coaching for small businesses ready to grow.
