The New Entrepreneur Opportunity Fund (NEO Fund) is an Ashtabula-based non-profit empowering local entrepreneurs through education and support. Founded in 2011, NEO Fund initially provided training and startup loans.

Since 2020, we’ve focused solely on entrepreneurial education, offering training for aspiring business owners and coaching for small businesses ready to grow.
