This week, our team got to work clearing out the winter growth and preparing the beds for a full summer harvest. These beds are more than just plants - they are a reflection of what our community can do when we grow together. 💚

🧡We are so grateful for this incredible community partner!

On May 7th, Hanover Safe Place was honored to be the beneficiary of the Rotary Club of Mechanicsville's Hanover Night at the Park - an event that brings our community together to celebrate those who protect, serve, and uplift others.

It was a beautiful night of baseball, connection, and community - and we were so moved by the outpouring of support for our mission. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors and attendees, the event raised $22,000 for Hanover Safe Place. We are beyond grateful.

To everyone who sponsored, attended, or supported the event in any way - thank you. And to the Rotary Club of Mechanicsville, Virginia, thank you for your years of unwavering dedication to this community and to our work. You make what we do possible. 💙
