This meeting is open to all residents and can be attended virtually via Zoom or in person at the Clubhouse at 43360 Rickenbacker Sq. A Message from Supervisor Glass Regarding the CyrusOne Data Center Project:

I was scheduled to present at the Broadlands HOA meeting this Tuesday, October 13, 2026, on the Broadlands CyrusOne Data Center project (STPL-2023-0041) and the Broadlands Boulevard Residential Rezoning application (LEGI-2026-0017), both located at the intersection of Broadlands Boulevard and Belmont Ridge Road. However, I am going to reschedule the presentation to either the Tuesday, November 10, 2026, or Tuesday, December 8, 2026, HOA meeting. I have been trying to meet again with the developers ahead of the presentation, but we were unable to schedule something in time. Therefore, to make sure I am bringing accurate and current information to the Broadlands community, I will make my presentation after I am briefed again by the developers.

In the presentation I will go over the status of both the data center project, which does not come before the Board of Supervisors for approval, and the residential rezoning application, which will come before the Board of Supervisors for approval. I will cover opportunities for public input, provide an overview of the development plans, and field any questions.

Broadlands Community Outreach is supporting Ashburn Cares and their annual Thanksgiving Dinner Drive. Donations may be dropped off at the Southern Walk pool location in the bin out front. Please secure donated items in plastic bags or containers to maintain freshness. Items will be picked up DAILY. The drive will be held for two weeks ONLY from OCTOBER 13 - 28.
