First — my VA buyer closed in just 18 days and walked away from the closing table with MONEY BACK! 💰😭 That is the power of having the right team! Massive shoutout to my lender partner Nicole Farmer and her team for going above and beyond to make sure this veteran was not just served — but CELEBRATED at closing! 🎖️🙏🏾

Then — my veteran SELLER received multiple offers, ALL over asking price. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. 🔥 The buyer stepping into that home is walking into a true BLESSING and a GEM. 💎 She served this country, and it was my honor to serve her.

And THEN — a listing that another agent couldn’t
sell? Under contract in 30 days. 🏡✨ I watched God personally send the RIGHT buyer to my seller. Not just any buyer — THE buyer. You cannot write this stuff. 😭🙏🏾
