We were proud to sponsor the state’s life-saving sonogram law and were one of the main architects of HB 2, which together will save tens of thousands of babies and better protect their moms—in just this year alone. Onward together, for life!

Saving Lives by Changing Hearts

Norma McCorvey, known as “Jane Roe” in the 1973 Roe v. Wade case that legalized abortion nationwide, was born and raised in Texas. She never actually had an abortion and later shared her deep regret over how she was used in the case.

In time, she became an ardent pro‑life advocate and spoke openly about the dignity of every child and protections needed for every woman.

Her journey reminds us that hearts can change and that every life deserves protection.

We cannot give enough thanks to Gov. Greg Abbott and Texas First Lady Cecilia Abbott for their dedication to protecting mothers and unborn babies from abortion.

45 years later and she's still my best friend.
