Telangana Association of North America (TGANA) founded in 2011 by people who hail from Telangana region with immense love to mother land having the vision to bring all Telangana people in and around North America to single platform by preserving, maintaining the heritage of the people and promoting the Telangana culture and cause. We (TGANA) realized and convinced that Telangana had been subject
to continues exploitation, deprived of its due share in its own resources, denied due share in development, humiliated by repeated violations of agreements, judgments of Commissions and Committees. The only solution is Telangana needs a separate state to govern itself and not to be ruled and further by the oppressors. Telangana should be made 29th state of Indian Union with Hyderabad as its capital, to have political empowerment to fulfill Peoples aspirations, dignity to life, and to nullify all the historical inequalities. cultural & family events, lectures, seminars, meetings, community projects and charity works etc., to strengthen the bonds among Telangana people in North America. We also conduct the literacy programs to promote Telugu language to children of community. TGANA is more open, transparent in structure and function. We pledge to have no religion, caste or creed. We create a collaborative environment where everyone is valued and included.
