WHO: We're a volunteer group that helps people treasure their family stories. We want you to receive help through local, one-on-one consultations. Our volunteers receive your messages and help you get in contact with a consultant in your city who will help you learn more about your family history. Our services are completely free! WHAT: What is family history? It’s the beginning of your story! It’
s where your ancestors came from, what they liked to do, and what made them happy. Basically, how you came to be! You can read these stories, record them, and cherish them. Our volunteers will help you learn how to do this! WHERE: Our consultants are located all around the San Gabriel Valley. You can meet them at a local park, in your home, over a video chat, or at one of our local research centers. WHEN: It will be whenever works best for you and your consultant! When we get you in touch with the volunteers near you, you will be able to set up a time to meet with them. Consultations can be 15 minutes to an hour; Whatever you need! WHY: Families are important! Learning about our own family history has helped us to feel connected, needed, loved, and not so alone. The world needs that! This is why we volunteer.
