In my opinion, Katherine Shai is one of the most exceptional speakers and educators in women’s wrestling today. Living in Denver, Colorado , Katherine is truly on the cutting edge of sports psychology and athlete development in America.

Women’s wrestling is incredibly fortunate to have someone of her knowledge, experience, and passion contributing to the growth of our sport. The Indiana Women’s Wrestling Coaches Association was honored to welcome Katherine back yesterday as she worked with our coaches and helped us better understand and navigate the unique challenges facing today’s female wrestlers.

Her insight, perspective, and ability to connect with coaches and athletes are invaluable as we continue building the future of women’s wrestling. We are grateful to have her as part of this journey. 🤼‍♀️🐻

Tomorrow, I will be at Hamilton Heights at 8am outside the football field to collect non perishable items for Delaware County that’s been hit hard by flooding, Water, diapers, wipe, dog food and any other items you can part with. Thank You!!! Coach Myers
