The girls pulled out another great win tonight! Tied with Elwood 36-36 they go to the books and the girls had more pins so they get the extra point to win 37-36. They start the season 1-0 and still haven’t lost in the last 3 season!

In my opinion, Katherine Shai is one of the most exceptional speakers and educators in women’s wrestling today. Living in Denver, Colorado , Katherine is truly on the cutting edge of sports psychology and athlete development in America.

Women’s wrestling is incredibly fortunate to have someone of her knowledge, experience, and passion contributing to the growth of our sport. The Indiana Women’s Wrestling Coaches Association was honored to welcome Katherine back yesterday as she worked with our coaches and helped us better understand and navigate the unique challenges facing today’s female wrestlers.

Her insight, perspective, and ability to connect with coaches and athletes are invaluable as we continue building the future of women’s wrestling. We are grateful to have her as part of this journey. 🤼‍♀️🐻
