Angels' Attic

Angels' Attic Serving God by fulfilling the needs of others. Angels' Attic is in Downtown Arcadia, Indiana. We have a wide range of clothing, as well as toys and housewares.

We are a food and baby needs pantry for Jackson Township (Hamilton County) residents. Non-Jackson Township residents may still benefit from our "free" shopping hours. Our mission at Angels’ Attic is based on a love for God and a passion for humanity. We serve the needs of God’s children in as many areas as our resources allow. Our goal for the future is to expand our reach and recruit new Angels and services for the community.

Saturday, March 21, is a big day at Angels' Attic. We plan to be open during Spring Fling 10am - 4pm. Come and shop our free store and make a freewill donation. The dollars will be tripled and used for food for the pantry. We can do that because Saturday is our double-match day at Meijer Promenade (32 and Hazel Dell). We will take all money donated on Saturday to Meijer for their SimplyGive campaign. And, if you can shop at Meijer Promenade on Saturday, just scan a Simply Give gift card located at the check outs and make a donation in any multiple of $10. Meijer will send triple the dollars in food gift cards to Angels' Attic! They do this for the first $5000 in donations. What a wonderful blessing!

Some updates come more quickly than expected and this is a good one: Angels’ Attic and Meijer Once Again Partner Up to Fight Hunger!

One of every eight Americans faces food insecurity nationwide and our community continues to feel this impact*. Members of our community turn to Angels’ Attic for help finding their next meal. We have seen continued demand in the last year resulting from economic impacts on our country that continue to bring great need and challenges to communities across the nation. In response, we’re pleased to announce that Angels’ Attic has joined forces with the Meijer Simply Give hunger relief program, once again, to help fill that void for local families.

Each Simply Give campaign helps more than 270 food pantries in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Wisconsin feed hungry families by keeping their shelves stocked with food for those in need. The campaign also fosters a sense of community by encouraging Meijer customers to add a $10 Simply Give donation card to their cart at checkout, which is then converted into a Meijer food-only gift card and given to the local food pantry selected by the store.

Angels’ Attic will benefit from donation cards at the Meijer – Promenade (Little Chicago, Noblesville) RIGHT NOW until March 28, 2026.

Help us fulfill our mission of feeding the hungry in northern Hamilton County by adding a food donation card to your cart at Meijer during your next shopping trip. Tell your friends, relatives, donors, neighbors and co-workers because every dollar makes a difference. Consider adding a Simply Give donation card to your basket. You may scan it as many times as you like to increase your donation. Some even go to the service desk to make larger contributions!

When you give, Meijer gives. For every $10 Simply Give donation card a customer adds to their trip, the full amount will be passed through to Angels' Attic AND on two Saturdays, March 7 and 21, Meijer will DOUBLE match the contribution, meaning they will contribute an additional $20. This means our pantry will receive a total of $30 on those days, effectively tripling your gifts! Please mark your calendars for these important dates and make a special point to add a Simply Give donation card to your order.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors in need.

Angels’ Attic Receives Over $15,000 in Donations from the Meijer Simply Give Program!

Thanks to the generous support of our community and Meijer, Angels’ Attic in Arcadia, Indiana, will be able to feed more hungry families. In November of 2025, Angels’ Attic received a $15,710 donation of food gift cards as a result of the latest Meijer Simply Give hunger relief campaign at the Meijer grocery store in Promenade of Noblesville, which is located at SR 32 and Little Chicago Road. These funds will allow us to continue our mission of feeding families facing food insecurity in northern Hamilton County.

We want to recognize God as our source and to thank the congregations of Arcadia Christian Church, Cicero Christian Church, and other local churches, as well as the Jackson Township Trustee's Office - Hamilton County and any other organizations, who, along with our volunteers and all our social media friends, helped us spread the word about this fantastic opportunity.

The Meijer Simply Give program is truly a blessing because, with each seasonal campaign, it feeds hungry families by replenishing the shelves of more than 270 food pantries in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Wisconsin. However, the program goes above and beyond the funding. It fosters a sense of community by encouraging customers to grab a $10 Simply Give donation card, which is then converted into a Meijer food-only gift card and given to the local food pantry selected by the store. On certain days, the gift is doubled, effectively tripling every donation made in the store!

Angels’ Attic is truly grateful for this partnership with Meijer and hope it will continue to thrive into the future. Stay tuned for further developments!

Angel's' Attic will close for the holidays after our Christmas activities this Tuesday, 12/16, and Thursday, 12/18, 5:30 - 7:00 pm. We no longer need donations of Christmas decorations. During the two weeks of Christmas and New Year's we will not be sorting donations for our free store. Please consider holding the warmest winter clothing (especially children's!) and most useful household donations until we return and sending the rest to other ministries who will still be operating through the holidays. Our staff needs a short break and we plan to be back to serve you on January 6th. If you have a food emergency while we are closed, please call 317-62-ATTIC and we will try to assist you or direct you to other resources. Thank you!
