Trauma leaves invisible scars, but healing begins when those who have experienced trauma are truly seen, heard, and understood. For almost 12 years, 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐒𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬 has offered an effective program that transforms pain into resilience.

Our midyear Zeffy campaign — 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 — asks for your support so we can continue creating safe spaces where:

Those ready to heal can share their stories.

Communities can learn how to support one another.
