💕 A small handful of Oakwood Knolls residents volunteer to make our neighborhood what it is today.
💕 The subdivision association receives $0 from the Village of Antioch, Lake County or any other municipality/agency collecting taxes.
💕 Oakwood Knolls properties are maintained, and events are sponsored through your voluntary annual membership dues and donations.
😳 Currently, the OKPOA Board is discussing next year's budget, looking at only being able to host 2 events, instead of the events we currently sponsor. This is a direct effect of low membership rates...
If you haven't contributed your annual dues to the neighborhood yet for 2026 and would like to, today is the last day to get your membership for $75 (plus former key, or $15 key deposit). Locks are changed each year in April when we're busy getting ready for another hot summer season. Get your 2026 key today 😉
🎒 School is back in session, but summer is still here!! 🌞 Support your community with a small annual donation to help volunteers keep the subdivision running.
Each year, Oakwood Knolls funds insurance, licensing, water treatments and other necessities. We try to include as many events as possible, based on the support through our Membership dues.
We know life gets busy especially over the summer. If you still haven't contributed to the 2026 annual dues and would like to, now is the time. We are currently offering $10 OFF the 2026 Annual Membership fee.
