The Oak & Iron Brew Crew were the #1 team in 2025, and this year we’re aiming for 100 Brew Crew members! Returning teammates and new faces, we need YOU to help us get there.

Andover’s annual Run For The Troops 5K returns Nov. 8, with proceeds supporting five organizations that serve veterans and military families.

Because of muscle stiffness, bradykinesia, and balance issues I had given up on most activities even though I had been told that staying active was the best thing I could do to combat the Parkinson’s. After joining VAST and learning to use the electric assist trikes, I have participated in numerous rides allowing me to exercise my muscles. VAST has taken me from not being able to ride a bike at all to being able to ride 10-15 miles in a day. Because of VAST, my mindset has gone from “I can’t do this” to “how can I do this”. The electric assist trikes donated by Run For The Troops not only helps me, but many other veterans achieve their goals and improve their mental health by allowing us to be active again.” Run for the Troops recipient

Proceeds from the Run for the Troops 5K support programs like Veteran's Adaptive Sports & Training(VAST). Thanks to your generosity and involvement, VAST recently received adaptive bikes for veterans to use opening doors to new opportunities, healing, and connection. These events and resources are truly life-changing for those who have served our country.
