The Andover Tennis Club is a a non-profit organization that offers “drop-in” tennis to its members. You don’t need a partner or a group.

The Andover Tennis Club is a Private Non-Profit organization that offers “drop-in” tennis to its members on the varsity tennis courts at the Andover Phillips Academy campus from mid-May until the end of August each year. The club’s focus is on doubles play (men’s doubles, women’s doubles and mixed doubles) but some of our members also like to play singles. Members are welcome to play as much tenni

s as they like during our scheduled court time. Just come on down to the courts and join the fun. The Andover Tennis Club has exclusive use of 12 hardcourts at Phillips Academy under a license agreement. The courts are located in a beautiful setting between the varsity baseball field and the football stadium with parking adjacent to the courts. The courts are available to club members on weekday evenings from 5:30 PM until dark and on weekend mornings starting at 9:00 AM. Club volunteers are present at the courts to help organize play and facilitate court rotations every half-hour. Just show up at the courts and join the next group that is creating a four-some. Play as much as you like; play as often as you like. In addition to the drop-in play the club offers Competitive Men’s Doubles and Competitive Women’s Doubles one night each week. The Competitive Doubles is for players that like pre-arranged matches based on skill level and results from previous matches. There are coordinators for the Competitive Doubles play who organize the matches in advance with sign-up required. The Competitive Doubles play begins at 6:00 PM. The club also runs several tournaments during the season with our very popular “Blind Draw” Mixed Doubles Tournament in July and our Annul Club Mixed Doubles Tournament in August. Membership to the Andover Tennis Club is open to all individuals and families for a low annual fee. The current annual fee is $60.00 for an Individual Membership and $90.00 for a Family Membership. Our members come from all of the surrounding towns and cities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Come enjoy a morning of tennis with current and prospective members. Whether you’re looking for new hitting partners, competitive doubles, exercise, or just a fun tennis community, we’d love to meet you.

Will I fit in?
Most of our regular players are in the 3.0–3.5 range, though players of all skill levels are welcome. If you’ve played USTA leagues, local club tennis, high school tennis, or recreational doubles, you’ll likely find a great group to play with.

The courts are located behind the Pan Athletic Building on the Phillips Academy campus (180 Main Street, Andover).

Dear Returning Members and New Prospective Members,

Spring has sprung! That means it’s time to renew your Andover Tennis Club membership for the 2026 season or maybe join us for your first season. Go to the Andover Tennis Club website www.andovertennisclub.com and then click on the register tab.The membership fees for the 2026 season are $75 for a single adult and $100 for a family.

A very heartfelt congratulations to the 🏆 winners of the Andover Tennis 🎾 Club (ATC) 2025 Blind Draw! Great playing out there Donna and Sam! Prizes, snacks, good weather and people offer a great way to get some exercise and fun at our ATC events. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, ATC has something to offer you, so consider signing up and joining us!

School is almost out! Andover Tennis Club (ATC) is offering youth tennis lessons at local tennis courts. First 4 week weekly session begins on June 18th and ends on July 16th (Wed from 6-7 pm). You must be a registered member of ATC ($70 for individuals for the entire summer and $95 for families) and youth lessons are $65 per youth. Interested to learn more?
