Gearing up for a night of fun and community at Spring Fling tonight starting at 5 pm ! We will remain at South and have a back up plan so def purchase your tickets ! We’ve added so much this year and would love to see all of our Tigers tonight for our biggest event of the year ! See posts below to purchase your tickets asap !!!!

Spring fling will go on at South today ! Mrs Lee and I will speak this am and even if we have to move things indoors, the show will go on ! So purchase your tickets, hope and pray it stays dry, and we will see you tonight starting at 5 pm!

One last post for this am! We are still in need of volunteers for Spring Fling! If you are interested in volunteering and helping, please sign up via the link below!

We def need more help at our popcorn station (shift with no volunteers currently) and a few parent volunteers to stay near our inflatable game rentals. We will have a Skee ball inflatable, a soccer inflatable, and an inflatable gaga ball pit. While we have hired attendants to man the bounce houses, they did not have additional employees to stay with the inflatable games, and we'd love a parent or two volunteers to stand by and make sure everyone, and everything is safe! Plus, feel free to play along with kids! Who doesn't love Skee ball or soccer or gaga ball pits?

We also have NO volunteers for the second shift for our silent auction! This slot will be inside the cafeteria and usually it's a 5th grade parent volunteer position, but we will take ANY parent that would like to help with this!

PLEASE do NOT volunteer to face paint! We have filled our volunteer face painter slots via a separate signup genius with some of our wonderful older students from the high school!

PLEASE volunteer if you are attending especially if you have older children that don't need your help tomm night. We cannot run these events without the help of our South School parents.

Spring Fling is a DAY away ! This Friday, May 29th, starting at 5 pm - head on over to South for an evening of fun for everyone (yes even parents too!)!

We are keeping an eye on the weather, but it looks like the rain will be long gone before we are scheduled to start! We will be proceeding, rain or shine !

Please pre purchase your tickets so check in Tomm evening is easier on everyone and so your PTO can better predict attendance numbers .

You can purchase tickets at the door (or check in tables) via cash or Venmo ! (Internet can be spotty at South so please be prepared for internet disruptions if considering purchasing tickets via Venmo at Spring Fling)

Spring Fling is a LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY (this Friday May 29th) Please purchase your tickets sooner vs. later so your PTO has a better idea of number of folks planning to attend. Please and thank you!

Just a reminder that today is the last day to prepurchase tickets to Spring Fling and be entered to win free Kona Ice! You can still prepurchase tickets but will not be eligible to win free Kona Ice! Here is the signup genius to purchase tickets or Venmo and please make sure to include the adults first and last name and the number of tickets being purchased in the Venmo comments section! Bidding starts today and ends on May 29th (at Spring Fling) at 7 pm on the dot! Auction items will be available for viewing at South Elementary School's Spring Fling (inside of the cafeteria). You will be able to bid live at Spring Fling or online using the link above or the QR code below from today until 7pm on May 29th. All proceeds from the silent auction benefit our graduating 5th grade class and help defer the costs associated with 5th grade end of year activities and items given to our graduates (yearbooks, t-shirts, etc). Any funds in excess of 5th grade costs, are returned back to your PTO!
