Welcome to Downtown Anderson and thank you for preserving the ole' Mill site.

A new project is expected to bring 156 housing units over 8 buildings, 18 of which will be housed in the renovated mill building. Plans include 18 studio units, 78 one-bedroom, and 60 two-bedroom.

While crews were upfitting the crosswalks in Downtown Anderson, these old electric trolley rail ties were unearthed and removed. Not sure of their final destination — or if they’ll be auctioned off to the public.

Here's a sneak peak into the recently renovated Evan's Drug Store on the square in Town of Pendleton Municipal Complex, South Carolina

Such a supporting community and town administration toward this group of investors from Main Exchange, LLC that took the risk to invest in preserving our Anderson County Architectural Heritage.

We applaud Mayor Sarah Stokowski, the town council and many other historians and supporters that participated in the opening event and who put time and effort in such a historical project.
