We’re subleasing a portion of our office space at the Mountain View Service Center in Anchorage and would love to share it with another nonprofit.

The available 1,600-square-foot space includes:
✅ A shared, furnished lobby
✅ Five cubicles with built-in desks
✅ One private office
✅ A large meeting space
✅ Access to a shared kitchen and building restrooms

The building also offers ample parking and convenient access for staff and visitors.

Lease rate: $1.90 per square foot, including all utilities except internet, plus basic janitorial and security services.

Today we kicked off not one, but TWO learning intensives! 🎉

We’re thrilled to welcome a new virtual cohort of organizations diving into their year-end giving campaigns, led by Senior Director of Philanthropy Emily Groves (pictured), alongside Fundraising Consultants Jen Snow and Nick Roberts.

We also launched our first-ever Finance Systems Intensive, led by Finance Director Mandy Ramsay and Finance Consultant Toby Smith (also pictured!).

Two intensives. Two great groups. Lots of learning ahead. Cheers to kicking things off!

We are looking for a part-time Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and help keep the financial and operational side of our organization running smoothly.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys a little variety in their day. You’ll support financial processes, client payments and invoices, contracts, databases, communications, and other behind-the-scenes work that helps our team serve Alaska nonprofits and tribes.

What a great day in the Mat-Su Valley! 💙

Our Fund Development Team was grateful to partner with the Mat-Su Health Foundation and about 20 Mat-Su nonprofits for a great conversation about fundraising—and, of course, to get some stuff done, too!
