👏🏼 Seven years of showing up, leading by example, and making a lasting difference at Sunrise.
Since the beginning, Bill has shown what it means to be a truly great Direct Support Professional. He leads with patience and consistency and understands that some of the most meaningful moments happen in the everyday things.
Whether he’s teaching the guys how to make a healthy meal, keeping everyone active, helping build independence, or celebrating a milestone they’ve worked hard to reach, he is always there encouraging them along the way. He takes the time to teach, guide, and help the Risers he supports build confidence in themselves and the things they can do.
It’s not only the Risers he supports who look up to him. His teammates do too. Over the years, he has become someone others can learn from, rely on, and look to as an example of what thoughtful, dependable support should look like. The way he carries himself and the standard he sets have made an impact far beyond his own role.
He has been there through so many changes, challenges, celebrations, and everyday moments that have become part of Sunrise’s story. Having someone who has grown alongside Sunrise and remained so committed to the people we serve is incredibly special.
Bill, thank you for everything you have brought to Sunrise since the beginning. We are incredibly grateful for the example you set, the care you give our Risers, and the impact you continue to have on the people around you.
