2026 ALASKA STATE JUDO CHAMPIONSHIPS
Hello Everyone,
The 64th Annual Dee High Memorial Alaska State Judo Championship is just in a few short weeks.
The tournament packet will be sent out as soon as possible. Below are updates for you and your athletes to know. Please reach out if you have any additional questions, and I will answer them in a timely manner.
Competitor information will be emailed this year (just like local events)
If coaches can provide competitor information (first and last name, age, gender, and weight (lbs.), Along with if the competitor is open to additional divisions. We are looking for this information before April 17th.

This will let athletes have their names on the back of the event hoodies, that will be available to purchase at the event.
We will take registrations for athletes until April 22, 2026.
Payment that will be due: Shiai Entry Fee will be $65; Kata team entry will be $65.
Payment, collection of paperwork, and weight checks will be on the morning of the event.
Food trucks will be at the event.
Additional information:
· The Event is on April 25th, 2026, it will be held at Eagle River High School
(8701 Wolf Den Drive, Eagle River, AK 99577)
· For people that are traveling to the event that need lodging. There are host families that are willing and able to host. Please reach out to me if this is something you are interested in.
· If you or someone in your club is looking to volunteer at the event, please reach out to me for information.
