💙 $100,000 for Scholarships

During the 25th Annual Calista Education & Culture Golf Classic, Calista Education & Culture received a $100,000 contribution from Donlin Gold in support of scholarships for Calista Shareholders and Descendants.

This funding will help expand access to higher education, career and technical training, and workforce development opportunities across the Calista region, supporting students as they pursue their educational and career goals.

Scholarship support remains one of the most meaningful ways to invest in the future of our communities, helping create opportunities for the next generation of leaders, skilled tradespeople, and professionals.

Quyana to Donlin Gold, for supporting educational opportunities for Calista Shareholders and Descendants.

💡Developing Resilient, Future-Ready Youth💡

CEC was invited to participate as a community partner in the Academic Decathlon held in Kalskag this month, hosted by the Kuspuk School District. During the event, we had the opportunity to connect with students and share information about our new program, Ciutmuarluni “Striving Forward", while encouraging students to explore future career pathways and opportunities.

If you are interested in learning more about our Ciutmuarluni program, visit our website at www.calistaeducation.org/culture-engagement
