🤝 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🤝
School in Haiti begin September 7!
As the new academic year approaches, schools in Haiti are set to reopen on September 7th. This is an exciting time for students, educators, and families, but it also brings significant challenges.
To ensure that the children at Kenbe Fem are ready to embark on a successful school year, we need your support. Your generous contributions can make a world of difference in the lives of these children.

📌 Critical Needs for School Readiness
To prepare our students for the upcoming school year, we are seeking donations for the following essential items:
👕 Clothes and Shoes: Your donation can help provide them with the dignity and confidence they deserve.
✏️ School Supplies: Pencils, notebooks, and other supplies are in high demand. These tools are pivotal for engaging learning experiences and academic success.
🎒 Backpacks: A backpack is more than just a convenience; it is a necessity for carrying books and supplies to and from school.
Textbooks: Having the necessary textbooks is crucial for learning and development.

📌 Supporting Higher Education
🎓 This year, two of our bright students, Yonel and Wilda, will begin their college education. This is a significant milestone, and we are seeking funding to cover their tuition fees. Investing in their future is an investment in the future of Haiti, empowering these young leaders to bring about positive change in their communities.

📌A Comfortable Home Environment
🛌🏿 In addition to educational needs, several mattresses in the home are in need of replacement. A good night's rest is critical for the health and well-being of the kids. Providing comfortable sleeping arrangements is essential for their physical and mental development.

🤝 How You Can Help
Your contributions, no matter the size, will have a profound impact.

📌 Here are ways you can support:
💰 Monetary Donations: Financial contributions allow us to purchase supplies in Haiti, which is helpful to the economy.
💬Spread the Word: Share this appeal with your network to increase awareness and support for our mission.
Together, we can ensure that the students of Haiti have the resources they need to succeed. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to making a difference.

There hasn't been rain in Raymond for the past six months. People in the community have been coming to our property to get water from our well. Several years ago, we were able to have this well drilled because of the generosity of our friends. Even today, this well is life-saving. Generosity matters.

Frantzo and Anise recently put together a gathering of the teachers at our schools just to let them know that they are appreciated. Without the teachers, the schools would not be possible. They teach 560 students! The schools not only educate children. They also provide jobs for Haitians.

When the kids feel better physically, they will do better in school. That's why, in addition to a daily hot and nutritious meal, the students at our schools get daily exercising in, as well. These are also habits that can help improve life quality that they can carry with them.

When we first built and opened the schools in Raymond, Haiti, it wasn't long before teachers were reporting that many of the students were struggling. They were weak, had trouble focusing, and a couple of them even fainted. It was pretty clear that it was due to lack of nutrition. We partnered with Trinity Hope and began the lunch program. Now every student at our schools gets a hot lunch every day. The teachers reported that it made a huge difference. For many of the students, this is the only consistent meal they receive. The schools have grown to over 560 students in attendance. That's 560 children getting a hot meal every day. While we are able to get the food at a much lower cost because of our partnership with Trinity Hope, we still pay for this food. The more children that come, the more it costs. We cannot do this without your financial support. To everyone who donates to us every month, THANK YOU!

Who remembers Christmas morning a few years back when we posted about the infant girl who was left at the gate to the children's home? Here is Rosmaelle today! She is three years old and will start Pre-K in September. 🥰

Such a beautiful image! The always-serving Anise and her beautiful smile. Do you recognize the two "children"?! That's Yonel and Wilda! These two will be heading onto college in September! 😲 This is a true testament to the blessings that come from faithful service and lots of love. ❤️
