Alhambra Latino Association Alhambra Latino Association is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting
​the educational and cultural growth of the families in our community.

Our Goals:

Initiate and support activities/programs that provide educational and cultural awareness in the community. Provide scholarships and other monetary support to Latinx students in the Alhambra Unified School District. Affiliate and promote communication with other organizations with similar purposes. Promote positive role models, career advisors and mentors for students in the AUSD and the community. Engage in fundraising activities in order to support ALA’s mission.

Pacific Clinics is partnering with the YWCA San Gabriel Valley and the University of La Verne in hosting the second annual Breaking Barriers- Youth Mental Health Conference on Saturday, September 26th! With this year’s theme of “Intergenerational Voices,” participants (youth and parents/guardians/caregivers welcome) will enjoy a FREE one-day conference bringing together youth, parents, educators, mental health professionals, and community leaders to explore how different generations can better understand, support, and learn from one another.
