Plant Bingo Fundraiser!
June 20th at Wellness Studios
10052 Coors Blvd NW, Abq
10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Please bring cash!

We're fundraising to cover travel expenses. We travel to the Navajo Nation Senior Centers and offer free chair massages to the elders.

We are asking for item donations you might have at home.
-New or gently used daubers
-Bingo paper cards
-Healthy plants

An image that doesn't need a name connected to it. I'm happy to announce the date has been set for this year's JIM THORPE 5k run. The event will be happening on Saturday, June 27th. SAVE THE DATE. This year's event will have several exciting components added to it. 1) A Volcano Vista HS XC/Distance Track runners' get-together for the years 2007 - 2011, under the coaches, John Ball, Michael Daney, & Ryan Gilmore. 2) Meet and talk with a current Sports Warrior Track Club member that has qualified for the men's US Marathon Olympic Trials, 3) This will be a New Mexico USATF 5k State Championship event (a chance for more awards if you're a NM USATF member) 4) A team challenge 5) The return of an overall Native American male and female National Champion.
