Memorial Day serves as a reminder of the courage and sacrifice shown by the men and women who gave their lives while serving our country.

At NCCER, we recognize the lasting impact military service members and veterans continue to have across communities and industries nationwide through their leadership, discipline and commitment to service.

NCCER’s article in BIC Magazine, “Do Credentials Still Matter? What the Workforce Told Us,” explores findings from NCCER latest research on credentialing across the construction industry.

The research revealed that workers across age groups and experience levels continue to place strong value on industry-recognized credentials, viewing them as important indicators of skill, preparation and long-term opportunity.
