The unit held an awards ceremony last night with over 15 awards issued.
Welcome to the newest Young Marines who graduated their recruit training.
Congratulations to YM Rowlson who received the Honor Recruit award along with the meritorious promotion to PFC.
Congratulations to YM Hull on her promotion to CPL. She also received the Meritorious Service Award issued by the Division Training Officer Mr. Mann. This is the 3rd highest award an YM can earn.
The unit is proud of everyone for all of their hard work.

The unit participated in the Onsted 4th of July parade. Everyone did a great job.

The unit said goodbye to YM MSGT Trame for his retirement ceremony. He has been involved with the Young Marines for 8 and 1/2 years. During that time, he attended all 3 leadership schools, held cadre billets, completed over 950 hours of community service, earned the Commendation of Merrit award, Young Marine of the Year for Regiment JR, and many more awards. The unit wishes him the best of luck as he moves to Montana to become a firefighter.
