Attention providers: Child Care Relief Grants became available this week! The State of Michigan has
$ 130,000, 000 in funds available to cover unexpected expenses during the pandemic ( April, May & June) AND to help make childcare more affordable for parents. You can visit : www.michigan.gov/childcare to view the rules, use a grant calculator and to apply.
If you decide to apply it would be great to inform your daycare parents that cost saving measures are headed their way. The grant explains everything in detail and there are Q& A webinars available. Cost saving measures for your parents are a part of this grant so don't forget to inform them ( many already know from social media and news sites). Check it out and decide if it's right for you.
